Since July 2019 I’ve been working with Zero Deposit as an on-going basis, helping market and develop their product and systems. In the last 12 months, we’ve completed a huge variety of projects from tenant brochures, to website UI and even cupcake toppers! Here’s a brief look at some of the work we’ve created.
Print Materials
Zero Deposit offer a deposit replacement scheme for tenants looking to move into a rented property. Their service benefits tenants, property landlords and estate agents for a more efficient and easier process. Since July 2019, we’ve created a number of printed marketing materials for use in agent offices, and at events – such as flyers, window cards, posters and booklets.
Event Goodies!
Attending the EA Masters in October 2019, I worked closely with the marketing team to create a number of Zero Deposit goodies! As shown below, these included cupcakes, phone holders, portable batteries and a branded mailer – to hold booklets and freebies!
Digital Designs
As well as print based products, we’ve continually worked to create web based designs too. These include desktop/mobile UI, social images/GIF’s and email campaigns. Zero Deposit deliver a monthly newsletter to partnered estate agents, explaining their key stats, latest news and useful resources. This is one of our first projects and still offers reliable channel for delivering key information and increasing engagement with agent branches.
