Paddle board (SUP) designs
In 2020, I was fortunate enough to work alongside Aqua Planet Sports to create the first line of SUP boards for Hurley. Our aim was to create fashionable, attractive SUP boards that are appreciated and loved by Hurley customers, and SUP fans alike.
We worked through a number of colour-ways and designs before shortlisting the initial range – with branded carry bag, paddle and pump created too.
The products are now available and it’s fantastic to see the boards being well received in the market! If you’d like to take a look or pick up your own, they’re available on the Aqua Planet Sports website.

Designed to be daring
When creating the range, I chose to design styles that had presence, and made sure they worked alongside the Hurley vision. Existing paddle boards in the market followed the same look – with performance and sport-like designs. There was an opportunity to create a more fashionable and lifestyle focused range that performed well and had the looks to match. We wanted all boards to be gender neutral, whilst having their own distinct style and appearance.
