Brief Summary
Mindset Training is a provider of construction courses to the South West & Wales, while based in Somerset. Reaching their fifth year of trading, they were looking to create a refreshed image whilst maintaining the core of their current look.
Solution
Creating a more legible, balanced, and versatile design to allow for a logo that's easier and more positive to read. For Mindset Training, the logo proves more harmonious with their online and offline assets - a previous pain point. New brand guidelines provide a solid and consistent image across all areas, including; print marketing, administration, social media, website, and certification.
Less is more
A simplified colour scheme and simple layout allows for little conflict when placed over image and colour backgrounds, allowing for more creative freedom when producing marketing assets. Previously, Mindset Training's logo also featured 4 colours - requiring full colour printing, even on basic paperwork. With a grayscale version of their new logo, internal prints are now a quarter of cost - soon adding up with 50+ page question packs per candidate. (Example of an internal 'Enquiry Form' shown above)
Colours for courses
With a range of construction courses, Mindset Training wanted to distinguish between their most popular. The core identity stays the same however colours and subtitles change, with individual looks for; NPORS Plant, NRSWA Streetworks, Level 1 Award, and CITB HS&E Testing. This allows courses to be instantly identified both internally and externally. Clients booking can instantly distinguish qualifications, whilst office staff can insure internal paperwork is filled/produced for the correct course.
